Abstract
V današnjem dinamičnem okolju konkurenca med podjetji postaja vse ostrejša. Za ohranitev prednosti na trgu morajo podjetja uporabiti različne strategije, taktike in orodja, ki jim pomagajo pri doseganju konkurenčne prednosti in dobrih rezultatov poslovanja. Informacijska tehnologija predstavlja pomemben element v poslovanju podjetja in je dobra strategija za doseganje zastavljenih ciljev. Namen diplomskega dela je podrobneje obravnavati procese upravljanja pisemskih pošiljk na pošti 3102 Celje v segmentu priprave knjiženih pisemskih pošiljk za dostavo. Izpostavili bomo pripravo pisemskih pošiljk za dostavo, znotraj tega segmenta pa se bomo podrobneje osredotočili na pripravo knjiženih pošiljk za pogodbenike in dostavne okraje. Celotno izvajanje knjiženja pošiljk ni najbolj optimalno organizirano, saj se pri nekaterih opravilih porabi preveč časa ter finančnih sredstev, prihaja pa tudi do napak pri vnosu. Kot predlog rešitve smo predlagali uvedbo mobilne opreme - dlančnikov. Uvedba dlančnikov bi omogočila hitrejše poslovanje, boljši pretok pisemskih pošiljk, zmanjšanje trenutnih stroškov ter napak pri poslovanju.

In today's dynamic environment the competition between companies is keener, in order to keep the advantages on the market, the companies must use different strategies,tactics and tools, which are helping them at achieving the competitional advantages and good management results. Information technology represents the important element in company's operation and is a good strategy for achieving the preset goals.. The purpose of the diploma paper is to treat the processes of the mail management at the Post office 3102 Celje in detail in the segment of preparing the booked mail for the delivery. We shall expose the preparation of mail for the delivery, and within this segment we shall concentrate on preparing the mail shipment for the contractors and delivery districts. The whole operation of mail booking is not optimally carried out, because at some operations to much time is needed, and it is to expensive and errors appear at input. We prepared the solution. The introduction of mobile equipment – the tablets.The introducing of tablets enables faster management, better mail flow, reducing of current costs and reduction of errors at management. |
