Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljene zahteve za pridobitev certifikata skladnosti stroja oz. za pridobitev oznake CE ter potrebne aktivnosti za zagotavljanje tehnične skladnosti novega stroja z zahtevami evropskih direktiv. Stroj, ki smo ga izdelali v podjetju, omogoča hitrejše in natančnejše meritve vzdolžnih ter prečnih razpok in bolj ergononomično ter varno delo. Pri sami izdelavi smo morali upoštevati vse ukrepe za varstvo pri delu in zahteve evropskih direktiv. Pri pridobitvi dokumentacije nam je pomagal IVD (Inštitut za varstvo pri delu in varstvo okolja Maribor), ki nam je tudi izdal certifikat.

Secondary title: Approval of conformity of a machine for magnetic testing with European directives
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis is presenting requirements for gaining a certificate of conformance and CE mark for a new machine. Necessary activities for assuring technical conformity of the machine with European directives are described, as well. The magnetic particle testing device, which was developed and produced in our company, provides faster and more accurate testing of longitudinal and transverse cracks. Work with machine is more ergonomic and safer. During the production, we had to consider all measures for safety at work and the requirements of European directives. Institute for safety at work and environment safety Maribor (IVD) helped us to gain all necessary documentation and has issued the certificate.
