Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava interno poslovno komuniciranje v gradbenih podjetjih na splošno in v obravnavanem gradbenem podjetju A. Razdeljeno je v dva sklopa. V prvem sklopu podaja osnovna teoretična izhodišča o poslovnem internem komuniciranju in o organizaciji malega gradbenega podjetja. V drugem, praktičnem sklopu sledijo opis gradbenega podjetja A, opis obstoječega načina poslovnega internega komuniciranja v obravnavanem podjetju A in predlog za izboljšanje. Predlaga se dopolnitev obsoječega sinhronega načina komuniciranja z asinhronim komuniciranjem – uporabo poslovnega portala Basecamp. Predstavljeni so osnovne karakteristike omenjenega portala, morebiten prikaz njegove uporabe v obravnavanem podjetju A in informativno ovrednotenje učinkov njegove uporabe na poslovanje podjetja.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with internal business communication in civil engineering companies in general and in the present civil engineering company A. It is divided into two sections. The first section gives basic theoretical fundamentals of internal business communication and of organization of a small civil engineering company. The second, practical section includes a description of the civil engineering company A, the existing method of internal communication in this company A and a proposal for improvement. It is proposed to supplement the existing synchronous method of communication with asynchronous communication - the use of Basecamp business portal. Also presented are basic characteristics of the said portal, eventual display of its use in the present company A, and informative evaluation of the effects of its use on the company`s performance.
