Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na organizacijo dela v komercialnem sektorju malega gradbenega podjetja, katerega osnovna dejavnost je gradnja inženirskih objektov. Na primeru izbranega podjetja A smo opisali delovna mesta in posamezne oddelke ter predstavili obstoječe delovne procese v komercialnem sektorju. Na podlagi kritične analize obstoječega stanja smo ugotovili pomanjkljivosti in podali predloge za izboljšavo. Koristi, ki jih bodo doprinesle izboljšave, predstavljajo pomembno priložnost za izboljšanje delovanja in poslovanja malega gradbenega podjetja kot celote. Dognanja pa lahko doprinesejo k izboljšanju organizacije dela tudi v drugih podjetjih, ki se srečujejo s podobnimi pomanjkljivosti pri svojem delovanju.

Secondary abstract: In my diploma work, we focused on the organization of work in the commercial sector of small construction enterprises, whose core business is construction of engineering structures. On the case of the selected company A, we describe the jobs and the individual departments and present existing work processes in the commercial sector. Based on the critical analysis of the current situation we find weaknesses and made proposals for improvement. Benefits, that will contribute improvements, represent a significant opportunity to improve the functioning and operations of a small construction company taken as a whole. Findings can also contribute to improving the organization of work in other enterprises, which are facing similar weaknesses in their functioning.
