Abstract

Najprej smo v nalogi predstavili teoretično ozadje, kjer smo izpostavili pomembnost informatike in predstavili pogosto uporabljene smernice. V glavnem delu naloge smo opisali izvedbo vprašalnika in analizirali pridobljene podatke.

Secondary title: Analysis of IT Management Frameworks Use in Slovenian companies
Secondary abstract: In this thesis, we discussed the state of IT and the use of formal and informal guidelines for management and governance of IT in Slovenian companies. Main focus is on implementation of research of the topic. We have used survey method for gathering data and analyze it after the survey was finished. Initially we presented the theoretical background, where we highlighted the importance of IT and presented widely used frameworks. In the main part of the paper we described how the survey was performed and presented the results. The analysis showed that frameworks for IT management are known between Slovenian companies, but are less used. However Slovenian companies are aware of the importance of information technology but the level of maturity is still a bit low. We also carried out a comparative analysis to compare the results of the survey with the survey that studied companies globally.
