magistrsko delo
Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava umetnostnozgodovinski pregled razvoja predelnih sten Daljnega vzhoda ter njihov vpliv na razvoj predelnih sten na Zahodu. Osrednji del naloge je namenjen zasnovi mobilne in fleksibilne minimalistične predelne stene, pohištvenega elementa, ki uporabnikom sodobnih interierjev omogoča hitro in enostavno preoblikovanje prostora. Ključne značilnosti minimalizma, kot so čiste linije, enostavne geometrijske oblike, preproste forme brez okrasja, skrbno načrtovani detajli, in prostor, ki ga zapolnjuje praznina, se tako zrcalijo skozi inovativno obliko osnovnih gradnikov in lahke skeletne konstrukcije zasnove predelne stene, ki uporabniku omogoča različne konfiguracije prostora. Modularna zasnova skupaj z obnovljivimi viri izpolnjuje zahteve trajnostno naravnanih izdelkov.

Partition wall over time: design of a minimalist partition wall |
Secondary abstract: |
This master’s thesis provides an artistic and historical overview of the partition wall development in the Far East and its influence on the development of partition walls in the West. The central part is dedicated to designing a mobile and flexible minimalist partition wall, a furniture element which allows users of contemporary interiors to quickly and easily transform their space. Minimalism is defined by the following key features: clean lines, simple geometric shapes, simple forms without any decorative elements, carefully designed details and space that is filled with emptiness. These features are reflected by the innovative shape of basic building blocks and the lightweight skeletal construction of the partition wall which enables different configurations within a given space. Modular design and use of renewable sources fulfil the requirements of sustainability-oriented products |
