diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Podjetje AVTO MIKI S.P. je majhno podjetje, ki se ukvarja s prodajo, odkupom in prepisom rabljenih osebnih, dostavnih ter tovornih vozil. Vsako podjetje si želi imeti najboljše zaposlene, ki bodo s svojim delom doprinesli k rasti podjetja. Ključ za dobro poslovanje so zadovoljni zaposleni. Proces zaposlovanja kadrov v majhnih podjetjih je težka naloga. Najtežja je ravno prava izbira kadra. Vsi delodajalci si želijo le najboljši kader in sicer tak, ki bo izpolnjevali zastavljene poslovne cilje. V podjetju je potrebno skrbeti, da imamo v vsakem času zadostno število sposobnega kadra. V kolikor bomo v podjetju našli primernega kandidata za določeno delovno mesto, je zagotovljeno, da bo delo na tem delovnem mestu potekalo brez večjih težav. Nepravilna izbira kandidata je lahko problematična, pravi kandidat pa bo dragocena pridobitev in ravno zato mora biti postopek izbire novih sodelavcev izpeljan kakovostno in uspešno. Vsi delodajalci se zavedajo, da je uspeh podjetja odvisen od kakovosti zaposlenih. Vse novo zaposlene je potrebno primerno izobraziti in usposobiti ter jih uvesti v delovni proces določenega podjetja.
V prvem delu diplomskega dela smo opredelili pojem kadrovanja v manjšem podjetju. Poudarek je na pridobivanju in izbiri kadrov. Izpostavili smo nekaj metod pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov. V nadaljevanju sledi predstavitev opazovanega podjetja Avto Miki s.p. ter posnetek stanja procesa kadrovanja, pridobljenega z intervjujem direktorja ter intervjujem obeh prodajalcev v podjetju. Predstavili smo raziskavo, s katero smo skušali odgovoriti na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja v zvezi s kadrovanjem v podjetju Avto Miki s.p. Ugotovili smo, da je proces zaposlovanja kadrov v podjetju dober. Podali smo predloge za morebitne izboljšave, za katere menimo, da bi jih bilo v podjetju smiselno upoštevati.

The enterprise AVTO MIKI s.p. is a small enterprise engaged in the sale, buying-in and transferral of used personal, delivery and freight vehicles. Each enterprise wants to have the best employees – the employees who would contribute to the growth of the enterprise by investing their work. The key to good business certainly lies in the satisfaction of the company’s employees. The personnel employment process in small enterprises encompasses a difficult task, but what seems to be the hardest task of all is the selection of the right personnel. All employers want to have the best personnel, namely the personnel who would fulfil the set business goals.
The enterprise needs to provide a sufficient number of well-trained personnel at any time. Namely, if the enterprise finds a suitable candidate for a certain workplace, it is guaranteed that the work in that workplace will be carried out without any major problems. The improper choice of a candidate can prove to be problematic while, on the other hand, the right candidate will present a valuable asset for the enterprise. Therefore, the selection process of new colleagues needs to be carried out with quality and success.
In addition to that, all employers are aware of the fact that all enterprises’ successes depend on the quality of their personnel. Because of that, it is especially important to educate and train all the new employees properly and to implement them into the work process of a certain enterprise.
The term “recruitment in a smaller enterprise” has been defined in the first part of this Diploma Thesis. The emphasis has been placed on the recruitment and selection of personnel and also on some methods of recruitment and selection of personnel. The presentation of the observed enterprise Avto Miki s.p. and a record of the situation of their recruitment process, gained by interviewing its Director and both Salesmen of the enterprise, can be found in the continuation of this Thesis. We have also presented a research in which we have tried to answer the research questions with regard to the recruitment in the enterprise Avto Miki s.p. It has been determined that the personnel employment process in the company is good. In the end, we have proposed some suggestions for possible improvements which the enterprise should take into consideration, as they are considered to be in its best interest. |
