diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija Organizacija in management delovnih sistemov

Abstract

Idejni izdelek in njegove tehnične značilnosti smo razvili s pomočjo metode razvoja funkcij kakovosti (QFD) in orodja hiša kakovosti.

Secondary title: Implementing PLOR model and QFD matrix on development process of handmade products made of felt
Secondary abstract: In this dissertation we undertook the problem of getting on the market with handmade products made of felt. Capturing the voice of the customer, we tried to find out which product made of felt could be most interesting for the potential buyer and what should be its features. The results of the market analysis showed that the product that we are looking for could be slippers made of felt. Considering the needs and requirements of potential buyers, we developed its technical features using the House of Quality tool following the Quality Function Deployment method (QFD). We set basic manufacturing processes. Technical calculations were made to define manufacturing costs, as for manual sewing process and also for the sewing process using the sewing machine. We presented some proposals for pricing, positioning, promotion and distribution, following the Product Life-cycle Operations Reference Model (PLOR or PLCOR) and marketing mix model 4P. We prepared also rough annual manufacturing and sales plan in three possible scenarios referring to different facts.
