Abstract

S poznavanjem organizacijske kulture in njenih značilnosti lahko management podjetja uspešno posluje na trgu ter uresničuje svojo vizijo ter cilje. Kultura nakazuje pripadnost zaposlenih v podjetju ter vpliva na motivacijo, delovne učinke in s tem povečano konkurenčnost na trgu. Organizacijska kultura je različna v vsakem posameznem podjetju, katera temelji na vplivu najprej managerjev v podjetju, nato nanjo vplivajo še drugi zaposleni. Oblikovanje kulture v podjetju je dolgotrajen postopek, ki ga je potrebno prilagajati družbenim spremembam in razvoju podjetja. Medsebojna usklajenost med organizacijsko kulturo in strategijo podjetja v veliki meri prispeva, da so zaposleni motivirani in uspešni pri svojem delu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena organizacijska kultura v podjetju Kops pro d.o.o.. Rezultati opravljene ankete med zaposlenimi v podjetju kažejo primerno sedanjo organizacijsko kulturo v podjetju. Za vzdrževanje pozitivnega stanja v podjetju bo potrebno organizacijo stalno spreminjati in prilagajati razmeram. Sledenje razvoju podjetja in doseganje ciljev je močno povezano z obliko organizacijske kulture. Ne glede na to, katera organizacijska kultura bo v prihodnje prevladala v podjetju, mora biti stabilna ter omogočati mora kontrolo.

Secondary abstract: With the managers knowledge of the organizational culture and its characteristics, company can successfully operate on the market and it can achieve its goals by implementing vision of the company. Culture indicates the commitment of employees and it has an impact on motivation, performance and thereby increases competitiveness in the market. Organizational culture differs in each company and it is based firstly on the impact of managers and secondly on the performance of the employees. Building the culture of the company is a long term procedure and it has to be adjusted to social changes and to development of the company. Employees are successful and motivated in the company if this kind of culture is appropriate. This diploma represents the organizational culture of the company Kops pro d.o.o.. Results of the survey indicate proper organizational structure in the company. To keep the positive level between the employees, company has to adopt organizational culture due to the current situations. Proper and developed organizational culture leads to intended objectives of the company. Irrespective of whether organizational culture will prevail in future of this company, must be stable and it must enable control.
