Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili posamezne pojme, kot so: intelektualna lastnina, izum in patent. V največji meri smo se osredotočili na prihajajoči unitarni patent. Predstavili smo tudi pravno ureditev bodočega enotnega patentnega sodišča. V raziskovalnem delu naloge smo se poglobili v dokazovanje postavljenih hipotez, ki so zapisane v uvodnem delu. V razpravi smo predstavili rezultate opravljene ankete, kjer smo preučili trenutno razumevanje, obveščenost, zavedanje in mnenje slovenskih mikro in malih podjetij, ki se ukvarjajo z industrijsko panogo, v zvezi s prihajajočim novim sistemom patentnega varstva.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis presents specific concepts such as: intellectual property, invention and patent. For the most part, we focused on the upcoming unitary patent. We presented the legal system of the future unified patent court. In the research part we delve into proving hypotheses, which are written in the introductory part .In the discussion, we present the results of surveys carried out, where we examine the current understanding, information, awareness and opinion of Slovenian micro and small enterprises, dealing with industry, in connection with the upcoming new system of patent protection.
