Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno besedje po vprašalnici za Slovenski lingvistični atlas (SLA), in sicer besedje iz pomenskega polja kmetija - prostori in oprema v hiši ter gospodarska poslopja in besedje iz pomenskega polja orodje. Gradivo je bilo zbrano v petih krajih Zgornje Savinjske doline, ki so vključeni v mrežo raziskovalnih točk za SLA. Ti kraji so Mozirje, Nizka, Ljubno ob Savinji, Luče in Gornji Grad.

Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis analyses the vocabulary used in the farm life, such as the names of areas of the house and its furniture, as well as the vocabulary used for farm buildings and tools, as defined by the questionnaire of the Slovene linguistic atlas (SLA). The study material was collected in five towns in the valley Zgornja Savinjska dolina that are included in the network of the research areas of the SLA. These towns are: Mozirje, Nizka, Ljubno ob Savinji, Luče, and Gornji grad. We focused on the geographical, cultural, and historical aspects of the valley Zgornja Savinjska dolina. We made an in-depth presentation of the towns where the study material was collected from. We also analysed the phonological aspects of the dialect as well as some of its morphology characteristics. The collected vocabulary is phonetically written, analysed with the help of different dictionaries, and graphically presented. We have discovered that for the words of the Zgornja Savinjska dolina dialect we were analysing, the dialect uses 291 different lexemes. Most of them are of Slovene origin, what can already be seen in the analysis of one-word lexemes from the vocabulary concerning the wording for house or farm out of which 71 %of those and 75 % of the vocabulary. concerning the wording for farm tools are of Slovene origin. Some of the vocabulary was acquired from German and Romance languages. The geographical restrictions had a big impact on the dialect, it retained a lot of the old vocabulary and its archaic characteristics and that is why, it is important to gather these materials in order to preserve the linguistic and cultural heritage.
