Abstract
Organizacijska kultura je veda, ki sicer izhaja iz socioloških ved, vednar se vse bolj pojavlja tudi v menedžmentu. Na podlagi preteklih izkušenj in spoznanj lahko organizacijsko kulturo štejemo pod pomemben del podjetij. V primeru, da se tega zavedamo, jo spoznavamo, raziskujemo in jo poskušamo uskladiti s strategijami organizacije, lahko bistveno pripomoremo k uspešnosti. Poleg tega je rezultat najverjetneje tudi dvig konkurenčnosti in pa zadovoljstvo tako med zaposlenimi kot tudi med vodilnimi kadri v podjetju.

Organizational culture of the company is a term that derives from sociological sciences. By being aware of the importance of organizational culture in management of the company, companies can make an important contribution to raising the competitiveness, efficiency and well-being of employees. The link between business strategy and organizational culture is also important for achieving success. When comes to a mismatch of organizational culture with corporate strategy, have the leading employees possibility of changing the organizational culture, which is a long-term process with an uncertain outcome. |
