Abstract

Diplomska naloga obravnava razvoj odločitvenega modela za izbiro najprimernejšega laserskega sistema za graviranje in rezanje. Odločitveni model, realiziran z orodjem DEXi bo služil kot pomoč pri predstavitvi in prodaji laserskih sistemov v podjetju K-print d.o.o. Na trgu je veliko ponudnikov cenejših laserskih sistemov. Odločitveni model omogoča, da strankam transparentno predstavimo prednosti laserskih sistemov, ki jih prodajamo v podjetju, v primerjavi s cenejšimi sistemi, ki jih nudijo konkurenčna podjetja. Ker prodajamo sisteme z različnimi lastnostmi, smo razvili tri modele za tri najpogosteje prodajane tipe laserskih sistemov. Vse tri modele bo lahko naš prodajni komercialist lahko uporabljal tudi v praksi, kot pomoč pri prodaji.

Secondary abstract: Diploma deals with development of the decision model for choosing the most appropriate laser system for engraving and cutting. Decision model (realized with tool Dex-i) will serve as a gadget to our sales representative for presentation and sale of the laser systems in the company K-print Ltd. There are a lot of provider’s with much cheaper laser systems. Our decision model allows that we transparently present the advantages of the laser systems that we represent and sell. With that intention and the help of Dex-i program we developed computer supported decision model for choosing the best option for the laser system for engraving and cutting. We sell different types of laser systems consequently we developed three models for three types of laser systems. All three models will be used by our sales representative as a gadget for sale.
