Abstract

Diplomska naloga Vloga šolskega svetovalnega delavca pri prepoznavanju otroka kot žrtve nasilja v družini s teoretičnega vidika obravnava nasilje v družini ter vlogo šolskega svetovalnega delavca pri prepoznavanju znakov nasilja nad otrokom in obravnavi nasilja. Teoretični del tako obravnava pojme nasilja v družini, oblike nasilja ter vlogo svetovalne službe v osnovni šoli v povezavi z otrokom kot žrtvijo družinskega nasilja. Namen empiričnega dela naloge je bil raziskati področje nasilja v družini s stališča svetovalnega delavca v osnovni šoli, ugotoviti kako so svetovalci usposobljeni in kakšno je njihova stališče do nasilja nad otrokom. Rezultati empirične raziskave kažejo, da so se že vsi šolski svetovalni delavci srečali z družinskim nasiljem, najpogosteje prepoznajo psihično in fizično nasilje ter le tega najpogosteje prepoznajo po strahu pred starši in odhodom domov. Težave svetovalnih delavcev se pojavljajo pri prepoznavanju različnih znakov nasilja, medtem ko z zaupanjem učencev nimajo težav.

Secondary abstract: From the theoretical point of view thesis The Role of the School Counselor Identifying the Child as the Victim of Domestic Violence deals with domestic violence and the role of the school counselor identifying signs of violence and consideration of the same. The theoretical part deals with the concepts of domestic violence, forms of violence and role of school counselors in primary schools in connection with the child as the victim of domestic violence. The intent of the empirical part of the thesis was to explore the area of domestic violence from the primary school counselor's point of view, to find out how school counselors are trained and their point of view about the violence against children. Results of the empirical part of thesis show that all of the school counselors have met with domestic violence. They most often recognize psychological and physical violence because of the child's fear of parents and going home. School counselors have difficulties recognizing different signs of violence while they do not have difficulties with pupil's trust.
