Abstract

Secondary title: THE ORGANIZATION CLIMATE AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN THE EUROSPIN EKO D.O.O. COMPANY
Secondary abstract: The organization is made up of people who work in it. Each organization should therefore strive for a way of acting that allows it’s members to feel good in it, to feel personal fulfillment, interconnection and affiliation to the organization. Only satisfied emploees contribute to their own work success and the success of the organization in which they are employed. In the introductory part of the thesis we present the problem, the environment, the purpose and objectives of the thesis and the working methods. The theoretical part of the literature summarized the concepts of the organisational culture, organizational climate and employee satisfaction. In the empirical part we present the results of the research, which was performed in the company Eurospin Eko d.o.o. The main purpose of the research was to measure the organizational climate and employee satisfaction. We were particulary interested in the questions if the employees in the shops are less satisfied with the organization as the employees in the addministration, if the management estimates satisfaction lower than employees, and whether employees are satisfied with the leadership of the organization. The survey was performed by interviewing employees and management, and data was analyzed with the programs SPSS, Microsoft Excel and Google Forms.
