Abstract

Programsko rešitev za sledenje materiala smo razvili zaradi funkcionalne neustreznosti obstoječih aplikacij. Uvedli smo jo v proces izdelave aluminijastih folij in s tem informacijsko podprli operacije od prevzema materiala do pakiranja. Razvoj smo začeli s skrbno izbiro članov razvojne skupine in po sestavi takoj začeli intervjuvati uporabnike. Na ta način smo podrobno spoznali delovni proces in se seznanili z njihovimi željami in pričakovanji. Na osnovi zbranih informacij smo določili glavne usmeritve in omejitve ter izdelali osnovne analitske opise. Istočasno smo gradili tudi podatkovni model. Za izmenjavo podatkov s stroji smo izdelali spletne storitve (web servise), za zapisovanje podatkov v podatkovno bazo pa smo izdelali shranjene procedure. Poslovno logiko in spletne strani smo izdelali z razvojnim orodjem IBM EGL, ki temelji na programskem jeziku Java. Programsko rešitev smo gradili po etapah in delovanje vsake verzije preverili v testnem okolju. Po uspešnem testiranju smo verzijo namestili na produkcijski aplikativni in bazni strežnik, kjer je na razpolago vsem uporabnikom z ustrezno avtorizacijo.

Secondary abstract: Software solution for material tracking we have developed as a result of functional inadequacy of existing applications. We have implemented it in the process of making aluminum foil and with this information to support the operation of the acquisition of the material to the package. We started development with a careful selection of the members of the development team and after composition immediately began with interviews of users. In this way we get to know in detail the working process and learn about their wishes and expectations. On the basis of the collected information, we set the main guidelines and limitations and produce the basic analytical descriptions. At the same time, we also built a data model. For data exchange with the machines we have Web services for the recording of data in the database we created stored procedures. The business logic and the website we made with development tool IBM EGL, which is based on the Java programming language. Software solution we built by stages and operation of each of the versions checked in the test environment. After successful testing, we have a version installed on a production application server and database server, where it is available to all users with appropriate authorization.
