Abstract

V prvem delu magistrskega dela smo opisali svinčeno-kislinske akumulatorje in njihove tipične lastnosti. Temu sledi opis zaprtih tipov akumulatorjev ter predstavitev njihovih posebnosti ter parametrov, ki jih želimo kasneje z izdelanim analizatorjem analizirati. V nadaljevanju naloge je opisana zasnova analizatorja in opis glavnih uporabljenih komponent vezja ter načrtovanje sheme in tiskanega vezja s pomočjo programske opreme Altium Designer. Pri zasnovi analizatorja smo izvedli simulacijo glavnega dela vezja s pomočjo SPICE simulatorja. Kontrolni vgrajen sistem je načrtan tako, da ustreza potrebam po merjenju želenih parametrov, zato sledi tudi priprava vgrajene programske opreme in implementacija uporabniškega vmesnika za rokovanje z analizatorjem. Na koncu naloge so prikazane meritve analiz baterije s pomočjo izdelanega analizatorja na osnovi primerjalnih testov med posameznimi baterijami. Pri tem smo si pomagali s podanimi specifikacijami baterij s strani proizvajalcev.

Secondary abstract: In first section of master thesis lead-acid batteries and their typical funcionality are described. Thesis folowed by description of sealed type of lead-acid batteries and presentation of sealed lead acid batteries features and known parameters, which we want to analize with contructed battery analyzer, which is the main theme of this master thesis. Hereafter main concept of anayzer is presented including descrpition of main project component with all circuit calculation. Schematic and circuit board of analiyzer is designed using sofware Altium Designer. Before final implamentation of circuit board we performed simulation of main circuit using SPICE simulation software in order to predict circuit behaviour before creating PCB (printed circuit board). Control built-in system is design in a way that meets the our requirements for measuring desired parameters therefore preparetion of built-in software equipment is descriped and implementation of user interface for handling with analyzer. At the end of the thesis we are showing measurements of battery analysis using constucted seales lead acid battery analyzer based on comparison method between each battery. We performed battery analysis also using specificication of manufacturer which contains characteristic data of battery to analize.
