Abstract

Diplomsko delo se nanaša na področje centralnega mazanja verige v živilski industriji. V uvodnem delu je na kratko predstavljena predelava piščančjega mesa po transportni liniji MX1. Osrednji del prikazuje centralno mazanje, komponente mazanja ter uporabo sintetičnih olj z oznako H1. Naloga obsega tehnično rešitev mazanja v kontekstu izboljšanja mazalnega učinka in posledično tudi nižjo obrabo verige. Vsebina diplomskega dela je neposredno povezana z delom v podjetju Perutnina Ptuj d. d., v katerem sem opravljal tudi strokovno praktično usposabljanje.

Secondary abstract: The present diploma thesis examines the process central chain lubrication in food industry. First there is a brief description of conveyor line MX1. We continue researching the central lubrication, lubrication components and the use of synthetic oils H1. Diploma thesis includes technical lubrication solution in order to improve the lubrication effect and consequently increase chain resistance. I had my apprenticeship in company Perutnina Ptuj d.d., so I associate my working experience to this diploma thesis.
