Abstract

Stroj za termoformiranje je stroj, katerega namen je plastično preoblikovanje polimerne folije po obliki za to namenjenega orodja. V diplomskem delu je opisana zasnova stroja, njegovi ključni sestavni deli, senzorji, aktuatorji, konfiguracija krmilnika in kontrolnega panela. Prav tako je opisan program krmilnika, posamezni programski bloki ter uporabljena programska oprema. Osrednja tema pa je postopek izvedbe učinkovite regulacije temperature grelcev za segrevanje polimerne folije, opis PID regulatorja in metod za sintezo, vse skupaj pa je podkrepljeno z rezultati testiranj in meritev.

Secondary abstract: Thermoforming machine is a device that is intended for forming of polymer film in the shape of a designated mould. The thesis describes the design of the machine and its key components, sensors, actuators, configuration of the controller and the control panel. It also contains the description of the PLC program, program blocks and used software. The central theme is the implementation process of the efficient temperature control of the heaters used for heating the polymer film, a description of the PID controller and methods for the synthesis. All of it is supported with the test results and measurements.
