Abstract
V današnjem času se stres pojavlja skoraj na vsakem koraku. Nanj ni odporen praktično nihče, saj nam že današnji tempo življenja tega ne dopušča. Pomembno je, da posameznik stresa ne skuša prezreti, temveč se z njim sooči, še bolje pa bi bilo, da bi ga preprečil. Za to obstajajo različni načini, tako na ravni posameznika kot tudi organizacije. Posameznik si mora vzeti čas zase, se sprostiti; kakšna je ta sprostitev, pa je odvisno od vsakega posameznika. Organizacije pa morajo pristopiti k managementu stresa sistematično.
Zavedati se moramo, da je stres v določeni meri tudi koristen, negativno začne vplivati na nas takrat, kadar ga posameznik oceni kot obremenjujočega. Kadar stres preseže to mejo, se lahko pojavijo škodljive posledice, kot so bolezenska stanja in duševne motnje. Stres se vedno bolj pojavlja pri zaposlenih. Lahko izhaja iz delovnega okolja, delovnega mesta, organizacijske kulture ipd. Organizacije se morajo tega zavedati in odkriti vzroke stresa, kajti le na ta način se stres lahko učinkovito odpravi. Namen magistrskega dela je prikazati stres na splošno in pri zaposlenih ter načine managementa stresa ter to raziskati na primeru Skupine Impol.
Magistrsko delo vsebuje teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili stres na splošno, simptome in posledice stresa pri posamezniku in navedli načine, kako premagujemo stres na ravni posameznika. Nato smo se osredotočili na stres pri zaposlenih. Tukaj smo navedli izvore stresa, vzroke, posledice in obvladovanje stresa na delovnem mestu. V empiričnem delu smo se osredotočili na raziskavo, do katere smo prišli z že izpolnjenim anketnim vprašalnikom. Z analizo odgovorov smo dobili vpogled v stanje trinajstih družb Skupine Impol. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo preverili tudi hipoteze, ki smo si jih zadali v magistrskem delu. Ocenili smo, v kakšni meri je stres prisoten na delovnih mestih, ter prepoznali načine spoprijemanja in obvladovanja stresa na delovnem mestu, in sicer z namenom boljšega in učinkovitejšega preventivnega ukrepanja.

Analysis of stress among employees in the Group Impol in 2014 |

Nowadays stress occurs almost on every step. It is not resistant to virtually no one, because the tempo of our lives does not allow it. It is important that the individual does not seek to ignore stress, but to face it or even better, tries to stop it. Therefore, there are different ways on both sites, on the individual and on the organization site. Individuals should take time for themselves to relax and this relaxation depends on each individual. Organizations should approach to stress management systematically.
We have to realize that stress is in some extent useful and that the negative stress starts to affect us when the individual is assessed as burdensome. When the stress exceeds this limit, there can be adverse effects, such as medical conditions and mental disorders. Stress is increasingly occurring among employees. It can be derived from the work environment, workplace, organizational culture, etc. Organisations need to be aware of this and discover the causes of stress, because only in this way the stress can be eliminated effectively. The purpose of the master thesis is to show the stress in general and within the employees and stress management and also investigate this subject in the case of Group Impol.
Master's thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we define stress in general, the symptoms and effects of stress in an individual, and how to overcome stress at the individual level. Then we focused on stress among employees. Here we have listed the sources of stress, causes, consequences and coping with stress in the workplace. In the empirical part we focused on the research, to which we have come already with the completed questionnaire. The analysis of the answers has given us an insight into the state of thirteen companies of Group Impol. Based on the results we verified the hypothesis that we set ourselves in this thesis. We assessed the extent to which stress is present in the workplace and to identify ways of coping and stress management in the workplace with a view to show better and more effective preventive actions. |
