Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena regulacija in programiranje CNC stroja Miyano ABX. Naš glavni cilj je napisati program za izdelek, ki se bo serijsko izdeloval na tem CNC stroju. Na začetku je predstavljen stroj kot celota, opisani so potrebni mehanski in krmilni deli, ki so nujno potrebni za delovanje stroja. Za dosego cilja smo si pomagali s programskim paketom SolidWorks in SolidCAM, kjer je bila skonstruirana risba in obdelava. Prikazani so načini programiranja kot tudi celoten program, ki je potreben za končni izdelek. Na koncu diplomskega dela sledi prikaz poslovanja in konkurenčnega položaja podjetja ter testiranje in prikaz vstopnih stroškov odrezilnih ploščic.

Secondary abstract: My thesis presents the regulation and programming of the CNC machine Miyano ABX. Our main goal was to write a program for a product which could be manufactured massively. At the beginning, the machine is presented as a whole. Descriptions of various mechanical and controlling parts are given since these are vital and crucial parts for the machine's operation. We helped ourselves with the use of programme package SolidWorks and SolidCam, where a sketch and processing was achieved, solely for the purpose of attaining our goals. Not only different ways of programming are presented, also the entire program needed for the making of a final product. In the end, my diploma paper includes a demonstration of company's competitiveness and entrepreneurship, as well as testing and expenses concerning the cutting plates.
