Abstract
Učinkovito upravljanje s premostitvenimi objekti na slovenskih avtocestah je vedno pomembnejše, saj je treba zaradi omejenih finančnih sredstev pripraviti najoptimalnejšo strategijo. To izvedemo postopoma, tako da najprej izvedemo pregled premostitvenega objekta, po potrebi izvedemo dodatne destruktivne ali nedestruktivne preiskave na objektu, ki so lahko vključene v celovit sistem monitoringa poškodb premostitvenega objekta. Tako s pregledom in preiskavami dobimo njegovo stanje oz. rating objekta. Ta vhodni podatek je zelo pomemben, saj se vnese v sistem za upravljanje s premostitvenimi objekti z dodatkom »LCC«; na njegovi podlagi določimo strategijo upravljanja, tako na mrežnem kot projektnem nivoju. Namen magistrskega dela je primerjava vizualnih pregledov določenega premostitvenega objekta in na osnovi pridobljenih podatkov izvedba dodatne preiskave, s katero natančneje določimo stanje objekta. Nato s pomočjo »LCCA« metode za premostitvene objekte predlagamo za določen objekt najoptimalnejšo varianto sanacije ali zamenjave le-tega.

The effective bridging objects management on Slovenian highways is becoming increasingly significant, since due to the limited budget, the most optimum strategy must be prepared. This is performed step by step. First of all, it is necessary to inspect the bridging object. Where necessary, we perform destructive or non-destructive investigations on the object. The specific investigations can be implemented to the comprehensive system of monitoring of damages on the bridging object. Therefore, with visual inspection and additional investigations we get to know the state or rating of the object. This input data is very important, since it is entered in the system for management of bridging objects with “LCC”. On the basis of the data, we define the management strategy on network as well as project level. The objective of master´s thesis is comparison between visual inspections of specific bridging object, and based on the obtained data make some additional investigations to identify the state of the bridging object in detail. With help of the “Bridge Life-Cycle Cost” method for a particular object, we suggest the most optimum alternative for rehabilitation or repair of the bridging object. |
