Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo razvili spletno aplikacijo Ground Handling Supervison, s katero ima kontrolor oskrbe letala večji nadzor in pregled nad logističnimi procesi zemeljske oskrbe določenega letala. Pri njenem razvoju smo uporabili tehnologije, ki so prosto dostopne na svetovnem spletu. Predstavili smo Letališče Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana in družbo Aerodrom Ljubljana d.o.o., ki upravlja z letališčem. Spoznali smo zemeljsko oskrbo na ljubljanskem letališču in njene službe, seznanili smo se s prometnoinformacijskim sistemom in naredili posnetek logističnih procesov pri zemeljski oskrbi letala. Spletno aplikacijo Ground Handling Supervision smo razvili v več fazah razvoja informacijskega sistema. Za izdelavo in oblikovanje interaktivnih spletnih strani aplikacije smo uporabili HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery in AJAX. Strežniški del aplikacije smo razvili z Node.js, Express Framework, Socket.IO, Passport.js in Moment.js. Podatke o letih, uporabnikih, končanih procesih oskrbe letala, končanih procesih oskrbe letala z gorivom in sporočila med uporabniki zapisujemo v podatkovno bazo MongoDB. Aplikacija izboljša komunikacijo pri procesih zemeljske oskrbe letal in prepreči podvajanje informacij, pomembne informacije vedno pridejo do končnih uporabnikov, storitve pri zemeljski oskrbi letal se naročajo neposredno pri izvajalcu storitve, časovno beleženje procesov pa je nadgradnja obstoječega načina dela. Aplikacijo smo preverili na dveh testnih primerih in podali predloge za izboljšave, kot so beleženje vseh procesov pri zemeljski oskrbi letal ter optimizacija procesov, kjer so nujno potrebne povratne informacije in podatki o stanju posameznega procesa.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we worked on developing a web application called Ground Handling Supervision that improves the controller's control and overview of aircraft ground handling and related logistics processes. To do so, we used technology that is freely available on the Web. The thesis first presents the Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport and the company Aerodrom Ljubljana d.o.o., which manages the airport. It provides insight into ground handling and its services at the airport, discusses the traffic information system and replicates the logistics processes in aircraft ground handling. The Ground Handling Supervision web application was developed in the course of several phases of the information system development. Languages HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX were used to build and design interactive web pages and the application. As for the server part of the application, it was developed using Node.js, Express Framework, Socket.IO, Passport.js and Moment.js. All the information about flights, users, completed aircraft handling processes, completed aircraft refuelling processes and message exchanges between users is recorded in the MongoDB database. The application improves communication in aircraft ground handling and prevents data replication. Important information always reaches end users, while aircraft ground handling services are ordered directly with the service provider and process time logging upgrades the existing system. The application was assessed by means of two tests to provide suggestions for improvements, such as logging all the processes in aircraft ground handling and process optimisation where feedback and data on individual processes is of vital importance.
