Abstract
Podjetjem, ki so lastniki oziroma upravljavci gospodarske javne infrastrukture, prehod na geografski
informacijski prinaša veliko prednosti. Med temi prednjači predvsem lažji in hitrejši dostop do
zahtevanih informacij. Prostorski podatki so najpomembnejša sestavina geografskega informacijskega
sistema. V diplomskem delu je predstavljen projekt prenosa podatkov o telekomunikacijskem omrežju
iz tehnične dokumentacije v obstoječi informacijski sistem. Najprej je potrebno te prostorske podatke
pretvoriti v ustrezno obliko, ki omogoča njihov uvoz v informacijski sistem. Ta proces pretvorbe
podatkov je najpomembnejši in najzahtevnejši del projekta. S tem namenom diplomska naloga
podrobneje obravnava del projekta, ki zajema pretvorbo digitaliziranih rastrskih slik tehnične
dokumentacije v vektorizirane prostorske podatke: predstavljen je postopek priprave vhodnih
podatkov, opis poteka zajema podatkov, kontrole kakovosti in na koncu še analiza celotnega postopka
zajema. Navedeni postopki se izvajajo v programskem orodju, ki je bilo razvito za namen projekta.

Transfer of Telecommunication Network Documentation into Geographic Information System |
Secondary abstract: |
The transition to the geographic information system brings several advantages to the companies that
own or manage public infrastructure, the main advantage being easier and faster access to required
information. The spatial data is the key feature of the geographic information system. This thesis deals
with the transferring of data on telecommunication network from technical documentation to the
current information system. First, the spatial data needs to be converted into an appropriate format,
which can then be imported into the information system. This process is the most important and the
most challenging part of the project. For this reason, the thesis includes a detailed description of the
digitalization of raster graphics from technical documentation to vector spatial data; it covers the
procedure of preparing source data, the description of the data capture process, the quality control and,
finally, the analysis of the data capture process. The indicated procedures uses a computer software
built especially for the purpose of the project. |
