Abstract

Za varjenje ograjnih mrež je bil izdelan varilni stroj, sestavljen iz več komponent. Glavni deli stroja so vzdolžni zalogovnik, potiskalo žic, sortirnik, zgornji in spodnji zalogovnik, varilni avtomat, vlečna roka in voziček. V diplomski nalogi je opisana izdelava zalogovnika vzdolžne žice, ki je del varilnega stroja žic. Krmiljenje varilnega stroja je izvedeno s krmilnikom S7-300. Zalogovnik se premika v prečni smeri varilnega stroja in selektivno spušča žico v žleb. Načrtovanje naprave je potekalo s pomočjo programa FreeCad, s katerim je bila izvedena vizualizacija opisanega vzdolžnega zalogovnika. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena sestava naprave in nastavljanje posameznih delov vzdolžnega zalogovnika, s čimer je prišlo do končnih rezultatov. Za posamezne pomanjkljivosti se je poiskalo ustrezne rešitve, ki so se v praksi izkazale za uspešne. Varilni stroj ustreza CE certifikatom.

Secondary abstract: A welding machine was produced to be applied for welding of wire mesh fences. The machine is composed of several components, of which the main ones are longitudinal buffer, wire pusher, sorting mechanism, top and bottom buffer, welding apparatus, towing arm and trolley. This diploma thesis discusses design and construction of a buffer for wires, which is a part of the welding machine. The buffer moves in the transverse direction of the welding machine and selectively drops wire into the gutter. Visualization of the container was done using FreeCad software. This work also presents the assembly and fine-tuning of the longitudinal buffer’s individual components, through which the final results were achieved. For individual deficiencies appropriate solutions were found, which proved to be successful in practice. Welding machine is meets the requirements of CE certificate.
