Abstract

Vloga informacijskega sistema v podjetjih je danes pomembnejša kot kadarkoli prej. Mnogo podjetij pa se vseeno ne zaveda vseh možnosti, ki jih imajo na voljo, ko se odločijo za prenovo svojega informacijskega sistema. V diplomskega delu je predstavljen informacijski sistem (IS) v proučevanem mikro podjetju, kje so težave ter kakšne so njihove možnosti pri prenovi IS. Kot del rešitve ugotavljamo, da je nujno upoštevati tudi računalništvo v oblaku, ki je v zadnjih letih močno napredovalo. Glede na želje ter potrebe vodilnih v proučevanem podjetju smo s pomočjo namenske aplikacije DEXI, ki omogoča več-parametrsko odločanje, določili katera varianta je najprimernejša. Rezultate smo predstavili v tabelah in grafih. S pomočjo izračuna stroškov pa smo dobili končno rešitev.

Secondary abstract: Today the role of information system in enterprises is more important than ever before. But many of enterprises are still not aware of all the options they have, when deciding to renew their information system. The thesis presents information system (IS) in the specific micro-enterprise, what are their problems and options of optimizing IS. We have noted that it is mandatory to also consider cloud computing as part of solution, since it has greatly advanced in last few years. Depending on the desires and needs of the management in the studied company, we have used application DEXI, which allows multi- parameter decision-making to determine which option is most suitable. The results were presented in tables and graphs. With the help of cost calculation, we got the final solution.
