Abstract

Organizacija mednarodne športne prireditve je kompleksen projekt, ki zahteva ustrezen pristop z vidika projektnega managementa. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen proces organizacije prireditve skozi faze projektnega managementa in splošnega koncepta organiziranja prireditev, do konkretnega prikaza na primeru 49. Šalamunovega memoriala. V prvem delu naloge je predstavljen projekt kot predmet obravnave projektnega managementa in za katerega so podrobneje opredeljene faze. V drugem delu naloge so opisane faze projekta z vidika organizacije športne prireditve ter predstavljene in opisane aktivnosti, potrebne za uspešno izvedbo prireditve. Ker je potrebno pri organizaciji športne prireditve upoštevati mnoge zakonske predpise, so v tem poglavju predstavljeni zakoni in predpisi ter vsa dovoljenja in soglasja za regularno izvedbo prireditve. V zadnjem delu naloge je prikazan proces načrtovanja in izvedbe prireditve za 49. Šalamunov memorial, kjer je posebna pozornost namenjena dejavnikom v načrtovanju prireditve. Prikazan je opis predhodnjega tekmovanja ter primerjava in analiza izboljšav 49. izvedbe prireditve za Šalamunov memorial.

Secondary abstract:	The organization of international sporting events is a complex project that requires an appropriate approach in terms of project management. In this assignment will be presented the process of organizing events throughout the phases of project management and general concept of organizing events to a specific view on the case of 49 Šalamun Memorial. In the first part of the assignment is presented as a project issue of project management and which are further defined phases. In the second part of the assignment describes the phases of the project in terms of the organization of sporting events and presents and describes the activities necessary for the successful execution of the event. Whereas it is necessary for the organization of sporting events into account many legal regulations in this chapter presents laws and regulations and all permits and approvals for the orderly execution of the event. In the last part of the assignment shows the process of planning and execution of events for the 49th Šalamun memorial where the special attention is given to factors in planning the event. Below is a description of the preceding competition and comparison and analysis improvements 49th performance events for Šalamun memorial.
