Abstract
Magistrsko delo predstavlja uvajanje standarda ISO 9001:2015 v transportno podjetje in nakazuje izvajanje ter certificiranje. Najprej je na splošno predstavljeno področje kakovosti in pomen le te. Opisan je celovit sistem vodenja kakovosti, osnovan na osmih načelih vodenja kakovosti, ki jih vključuje standard ISO 9001. V zadnjem delu teoretičnega dela pa je nakazan potek pridobitve certifikata. Analitični del opisuje uvajanje standarda v podjetje, kar obsega predstavitev podjetja, popis poslovnih procesov, pregled, dopolnitev in postavitev dokumentacije ter pripravo za nadaljnje izvajanje standarda. V samem zaključku dela so podani pozitivni vplivi na poslovanje podjetja ob zagotavljanju kakovosti in upoštevanju zahtev standarda.

Secondary abstract: |
My master's thesis deals with the introduction of the SIST ISO 9001:2015 standard into a transport company and it partly also deals with its implementation and certification. Firstly, the field of quality and its importance is presented in general. Then, the quality management system, which is based on the eight quality management principles included in the ISO 9001, is described. In the last part of the theoretical part the process of acquiring the certificate is mentioned. In the analytical part the implementation of the standard into the company is described, including the presentations of a company, the list of the business processes, the review, update and the system of documentation and also the preparation for the further implementation of the standard. In the final part of the thesis the positive impacts on business operations are presented as a result of ensuring quality and complying with the requirements of the standard. |
