Abstract
Gradbeništvo kot ena od najpomembnejših panog v gospodarstvu na področju Slovenije v zadnjih letih doživlja krizo. Na splošno velja, da je v času krize potrebno izkoristiti priložnost za razvoj in rast, saj se je le tako možno izviti iz krča krize. Tujina, predvsem na področju ZDA in kasneje tudi na področju zahodne evrope so to že spoznali in z intenzivnimi ukrepi postavljajo gradbeništvo na novo pot. V predmetni diplomi se ukvarjamo s področjem informacijske modeliranja gradbenih objektov (BIM) na področju projektiranja infrastrukturnih objektov. To je področje, ki je na svetovni ravni še relativno novo, standardi za izmenjavo podatkov pa so še v zametkih. Iz tega razloga tudi ne obstaja veliko primerov uporabe. Podrobno je obdelan standard za izmenjavo BIM podatkov Ifc in tudi standard Ifc Alignment, ki je prvi od standardov namenjen za izmenjavo podatkov o infrastruknem objektu. Na primeru krožnega križišča je prikazana primerjava med 2D in 3D projekiranjem, pripravo podatkov za namen izmenjave podatkov s trenutno verzijo Ifc standarda in tudi izvoz osi z uporabo standarda Ifc Alignment. S tem je postavljen temelj za univerzalni jezik, ki omogoča izmenjavo podatkov o projektu brez uporabe papirja.

Civil engineering and construction as one of the most important branches of economy in Slovenia has been severely affected by the global crisis in the past few years. In general terms, in order to emerge from a crisis, it should be taken as an opportunity for development and growth. This has been correctly recognised by the USA and later by Western Europe, where intensive measures have been taken to help building industry back on its feet. This diploma thesis is dealing with the building, information and modelling standards (BIM) in the field of planning, design and construction of infrastructure facilities. This field is relatively new on a global level, and the information exchange standards are still in the beginning phase, therefore, we have very few use cases. The BIM Information Exchange Standard and the IFC Alignment Standard as one of the first information exchange standards for infrastructure projects have been detailed in this thesis. A comparison of a 2D and 3D planning, preparation of data for the purpose of exchange of information with the present version of the IFC standard, and the export of axis using the IFC Alignment Standard have been presented on an example of a roundabout. By doing this, a foundation for a universal language enabling exchange of information on the project without using paper has been set. |
