Abstract

Mazalni sistem je v železniškem prometu zelo važen segment. Vlaki so danes v primerjavi z drugimi prevoznimi sredstvi zelo zanesljiv in varen prevoznik, saj vsak potnik, ki stopi na vlak, zahteva določeno varnost. Za omogočanje varnosti je potrebno železniška vozila redno vzdrževati in servisirati. Vsako popravilo pomeni za železnico strošek, ki pa se lahko z različnimi predelavami in dodelavami hitro obrestuje. Diplomsko delo temelji na delovanju obstoječe mazalne naprave ter na predelavo delovanja predelanega sistema, ki bi moral prinesti velike nadaljne finančne prihranke in pozitivne učinke na okolico. Sistem je bilo potrebno predelati tudi zaradi okoljskega vidika, saj je mast, katera se je uporabljala za mazanje vencev zelo onesnaževala okolje in podtalnico. V uvodnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljeno nekaj splošnega o slovenskih železnicah ter namen in cilji diplomskega dela. Po uvodnem delu sledi nazorna predstavitev starega mazalnega sistema, delov, kaj mazalni sistem sploh je in čemu služi ter težave delovanja obstoječega mazalnega sistema. V nadaljevanju je predstavljena predelava in vgradnja nove mazalne naprave ter zasnova nove mazalne naprave in njenih delov v 3-D obliki, narisanih s pomočjo programa Catia. V sklepu so navedene ugotovitve in prednosti, ki bi jih morala prinesti predelava.

Secondary abstract: A lubricating system is a very important segment in rail traffic. In comparison to other vehicles trains are very reliable and safe transporter nowadays, because each passenger being transported by a train demands certain safety. To enable safety rail vehicles have to be regularly maintained and serviced. Each repair means some costs for the railway that can quickly pay out interest on different remakes or reconstructions and improvements. This batchelor's thesis is mostly focused on working of current lubricating device and on reconstructing system working that should bring a lot of further financial savings and positive environmental effects. The system had to be reconsructed because of the environmental aspect. The grease, that is used for rims lubrication, has polluted the environment and groundwater. As an introduction of the batchelor’s thesis Slovene railway in generally, purposes and goals of this thesis are presented. The introductory part is followed by a presentation of an explicit old lubricating system, its parts and uses, as well as problems at existing lubricating system working. In continuation of the thesis a reconstruction and a new lubricating device installation are presented. Further is shown a new lubricating system scheme and its parts in 3D form by Catia programme. Some findings and advantages that should be brought by reconstruction described in the thesis are listed in conclusion.
