diplomsko delo
Abstract

ǂThe ǂfeudal estates Ravno polje and majšperk in the theresian census of real estate proprerties in 1754 |
Secondary abstract: |
The history of individual places is mainly represented by people who live in these places. The best historical sources for such research are population censuses. Former state authorities began to describe the population in the middle of the 18th century. The background of this inventory was primarily military, as the then government wanted to reform military conscription. For such a step they needed data on the population, its structure and movement. On the basis of a partial census in 1754, I present a history of the Ravno polje estate with the corresponding market towns Ptujska Gora and Majšperk estate. I also presented a public administrative reform of the then ruler of hereditary Habsburg lands, the archduchess of Austria, Queen of Hungary and the Czech Kingdom, who certainly demonstrated that effective governance does not have to be masculine. In the end, I present census of houses on the Ravno polje estates with their corresponding market towns of Ptujska Gora and Majšperk estate, out in 1754, and their transliteration, which provides an insight into the then structure of the underlying population. From the census a list of registered holders of agricultural estates and their status can be seen. |
