Abstract
Magistrsko delo je osredotočeno na problem uporabnosti spletnih strani ponudnikov mobilnih omrežij. Raziskano je, katere metode so najboljše za vrednotenje uporabniških izkušenj. Pri testiranju so bile uporabljene spletne strani hrvaškega in slovenskega ponudnika mobilnih omrežij, vključeni pa so bili hrvaški državljani, ki študirajo na področju Republike Slovenije in so uporabniki obeh omrežij. V raziskovalnem delu so bile za vrednotenje uporabniških izkušenj uporabljene tri različne metode, ki sodijo v različne skupine, nato pa so bili primerjani pridobljeni rezultati. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov je bilo odgovorjeno na raziskovalna vprašanja, določena pa je bila tudi najboljša metoda.

In Master’s degree work, we focused on the problem of website usability of two mobile network providers and methods that are best for evaluating the user experience. We used Croatian and Slovenian mobile operator’s websites. Tested subjects were Croatian citizens that are studying in the Republic of Slovenia and therefore are active users of both mobile networks. For evaluating user experience, we used three different methods which belong to different groups and compared the achieved results. Based on the results, we answered the research’s questions and determined the best method. |
