Abstract

Inovativno šolo sestavljajo inovativni učitelji, ki v novih vlogah mentorjev in usmerjevalcev znanja spodbujajo problemsko reševanje nalog, izkustveno učenje, timsko delo, medsebojno pomoč in samostojno e-učenje. Inovativni predlog, zasnovan po principih e-izobraževanja, zasleduje diferencirano izobraževanje, skladno z njihovimi potrebami, željami, podprto s pričakovanji in zahtevami primarne stroke učiteljev strokovnih modulov.

Secondary title: Secondary technical education specific modules teachers' e-learning potential analysis
Secondary abstract: Contemporary school, where up-to-date courses are held, needs a modern teacher, who is capable of reasonably presenting the demanding context to his students by using appropriate open source learning platforms wherein he uses all the modern information-communication technology’s advantages as well as its potential. Innovative teachers, who as mentors and knowledge moderators encourage problem based learning, learning-by-doing, teamwork, mutual help and independent e-learning, are a part of an innovative school. They are responsible for implementing e-contents and e-materials, modern ICT, online applications as well as social networks in their daily teaching routine. They follow trends, dynamics as well as modern teaching and learning approaches because they are constantly aware that only e-competent children and teenagers can play the most important parts within the learning process. It is expected that teachers have developed digital competences, which have not been obtained only by reading books and searching the internet but also by conscious encouragement of their professional development by participating in in-service training. However, it is not enough that teachers can use modern ICT. They should be more creative, more innovative and more successful while using modern technology. Teachers should be offered appropriate post-graduate non-degree education, during which modern teaching and learning approaches are followed, innovative online tools are included and digital competences are developed. It would be logically to consider characteristics, wishes and needs of the target group to organize interesting in-service trainings, which will enthuse and encourage specific modules teachers to participate. Based on our research, we have prepared an innovative suggestion on how to implement in-service teacher training for specific modules teachers, who teach in the field of secondary vocational and technical education. The innovative suggestion is based on e-teaching and learning principles and follows differentiated education based on the needs, and wishes of the specific modules teachers and is supported by their expectations as well as demands of their field of study.
