Uvajanje in ocenjevanje koncepta vitkosti

Abstract

Magistrsko delo predstavlja raziskavo in prikaz uvajanja in ocenjevanja koncepta vitkosti. Cilj dela je podati podroben in sistematičen pogled na uvajanje in določanje stopnje vitkosti v podjetju. Delo je torej teoretični pregled, ki temelji na metodi študija in uporabe domače ter tuje strokovne literature. Rezultat dela je, da sem na osnovi spoznanj iz strokovne literature utemeljil koncept vitkosti, menedžment v vitkem podjetju in vitko delovanje, potek priprave na uvajanje koncepta, postopek in učinke uvajanja ter določitev stopnje vitkosti v podjetju. Poudaril sem načine in smotrnost uvajanja koncepta vitkosti. Na koncu sledi sinteza spoznanj, kjer sem analiziral in primerjal dosedanja znanstvena spoznanja na temo vitkosti in izpeljal temeljne ugotovitve ter jih v magistrskem delu zapisal v obliki ključnih povzetkov.

Secondary abstract:	In my master's thesis I presented a research and a demonstration of the lean concept implementation and assessment. The aim of the thesis is to introduce an elaborate and systematic perspective on the implementation and lean level determination in a company. The thesis is a theoretical overview based on the method of collection and usage of local and foreign technical literature. As a result, based on the cognizance through technical literature, I established the lean concept, the management in a lean company and lean manufacturing principles, the preparation process leading to the lean concept implementation and the procedures and effects of implementation and the lean level determination in a company. I emphasized the methodologies and expedience of implementing the lean concept. The final part is a synthesis of findings, where I analysed and compared the scientific findings regarding lean concept so far, derived the essential findings and listed them in my master’s thesis in the form of key summaries.
