diplomsko delo
Abstract
Na testiranju motoričnih sposobnosti smo uporabili osem motoričnih testov, s katerimi smo ugotavljali razvitost sposobnosti ravnotežja, koordinacije, eksplozivne moči, hitrosti, preciznosti in vzdržljivosti.

This diploma paper with the title The influence of exercising in nature on motor abilities consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part introduces theoretical knowledge of the given topic, that is the development of motor abilities of children, the importance of movement for pre-school children in kindergarten and at home, motor abilities of pre-school children and the means to develop these abilities. The empirical part presents the purpose of the research, objectives, the course of the pedagogical experiment and research results. The purpose of the research was to determine whether a planned, systematic and guided physical and sport outdoor activities affect the development of certain motor skills of pre-school children. The un-coincidental pattern of a concrete population included 53 children aged 4-5 years, 20 of which represented the experimental group and 33 the control group. To test the motor skills we used eight motor tests with which we determined the development of balance abilities, coordination, explosive power, speed, precision and endurance. The results of the test confirmed the purpose of the research: planned, systematic and guided physical ans sport activities in nature do indeed affect the development of some pre-school children's motor abilities. |
