Abstract
V zaostreni gospodarsko-ekonomski in tudi finančni situaciji, v kateri se že daljše obdobje nahajamo, vedno intenzivneje težimo k spremembam na boljše. Vsako podjetje, družba ali druga oblika organizacije težijo k spremembam. S konkurenčnostjo, spremembami in z ustreznim prilagajanjem lahko situacijo spreminjamo, za to je zadolžen management kot vodilni v podjetju za vsa področja poslovanja.
Poslovanje je uspešno, ko podjetje posluje pozitivno oz. z ustreznim dobičkom. To pa lahko dosegamo samo s pravilno zastavljenimi cilji na vseh področjih ter z uspešno realizacijo postavljenih ciljev. Naš cilj diplomskega projekta je dokazati, da lahko podjetje znižuje finančne stroške poslovanja na zelo ozkem področju, in sicer pri storitvah komunikacije, ki zajemajo stroške telefonskih (mobilnih in fiksnih) storitev, storitev interneta ter poštnih storitev. Na letni ravni komunikacijski stroški predstavljajo precejšen odhodek, postavi pa se vprašanje, ali je vedno tudi v celoti upravičen ter ali bi ga bilo mogoče znižati, kar bi pripomoglo k zmanjšanju stroškov podjetja.
V nalogi smo predstavili konkretne podatke o višini stroškov na področju telefonije, interneta ter poštnih storitev v tipičnem malem podjetju. Predlagali smo spremembe in optimizirali dosedanje stroške teh storitev. S predlogi in dobljenimi rezultati smo dokazali, da je v podjetju mogoče znižati stroške komunikacije. Opredeljeni predlogi so lahko pomembno izhodišče za racionalizacijo podjetij v prihodnje tudi na drugih področjih.

In today's complicated business-economy and financial situation, in which we have been for a longer period of time, we tend to seek better options. Any company, corporation or other form of organization tends to intensive use of changes. The competition, changes and making appropriate adjustments can help us change the situation, this is a job of management, as a leading department in all business areas.
Business will always be successful when a company operates positive and with a reasonable profit. This can be achieved only with a set of proper goals in all areas and their successful realization. The goal of our thesis is to demonstrate that a company can reduce the financial costs of business on a very narrow area of communication services, which include the costs of telephony (mobile and stationary), internet and postal services. On an annual basis, this represents a substantial expense in all companies, but the question is rising, whether this is always fully justified. Can we reduce it, maybe change it, so this changes could lead us to lowering the cost of business operating.
We will introduce the appropriate and specific information about the amount of costs in the field of telephony, internet and postal services in a typical small company. We will also propose some changes and discuss how to optimize current costs of these services. With the proposals and the results obtained, we proved that the costs of communication services can be reduced. Defined suggestions can be an important starting point for company rationalization, which can also be applied to other areas. |
