diplomsko delo univerzitetnega študija
Abstract
V diplomskem delu predstavljamo problematiko trgovine z ljudmi v Sloveniji.

PROFITS GENERATED BY HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN SLOVENIA |
Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis we present the problem of human trafficking in Slovenia. Official statistics do not cover a large part of human trafficking as a large part of it remains undetected or unproven. Therefore, we obtain data and estimates with in-depth interviews with employees, who at work are directly confronted with examples and consequences of human trafficking. The analysis of the results reveals that the profits in human trafficking, in particular in relation to the risks, for the traders are extremely high. The biggest problems are also a low level of social engagement, difficulties in proving and a large number of acquittals. For a more effective prevention of human trafficking we should introduce changes in legislation inspired by other countries and a better interdepartmental and international cooperation. |
