Abstract

Kot ključne spremenljivke raziskave smo izpostavili: frekvenco srca (HR), sistolični krvni tlak (SBP), diastolični krvni tlak (DBP), srednji arterijski tlak (MAP), utripni volumen srca (SV), minutni iztis srca (CO) in sistemska žilna upornost (SVR) med počitkom in pri izvedbi izometričnega testa stiska rok (IHT). Metodologija: V teoretičnem delu smo uporabljali različne tuje in domače strokovne članke in vire ter deskriptivno metodo dela. Kvantitativno raziskavo smo opravili z monitorjem LiDCOTM.

Secondary title: ACUTE HEMODYNAMIC CHANGES IN THE CARDIOVUSCULAR SYSTEM IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ISOMETRIC HANDGRIP TEST
Secondary abstract: Introduction and description of the problem: Isometric handgrip test is a reliable method for detecting the response of the cardiovascular system to stress. The purpose of the research is to present acute hemodynamic changes in the cardiovascular system. The key variable research were exposed: heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO) and total peripheral resistance (SVR) in rest and in implementation of isometric handgrip test (IHT). Methodology: In the theoretical part, we used a variety of foreign and domestic professional articles and resources, and descriptive method. Quantitative research was conducted with the monitor LiDCOTM. We used a dynamometer cuff arm standard size for adults (M). Was used method of continuous measurement of blood pressure (CNAP), called the method by Penaz, where we use the standard size cuff for adults (M). Results: In five from seven healthy young adults, after the implementation of IHG statistically increase the HR in what is p <0.001. We have also found that the SBP and DBP statistically increased at the end of execution of IHG and p <0.001. MAP is statistically increased at the end of the IHG in which the p <0.001. Also, SVR statistically increased at the end of the IHG, and is defined in one of p <0.001. Of the remaining two, one is in a statistical increase in SBP, DBP, and MAP SV until the HR and CO in this case also increased, but not significantly. In another case, SBP, DBP, MAP, HR and CO increase, except SV statistically decreased (p = 0.46). Conclusion: In our study, we found that the parameters of the cardiovascular system in young healthy adults such as blood pressure, heart rate, mean arterial pressure, stroke volume, cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance, increase at the end of the implementation of the static handgrip test.
