diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo preučili dve razvojno povsem različni slovenski regiji, osrednjeslovensko in podravsko.

IMPACT OF THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC CRISIS ON THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN SLOVENIA |
Secondary abstract: |
Due to many influencing factors, the real estate market is a good indicator of social and economic situation in any geographical area.
Soon after the beginning of global economic and financial crisis Slovenia has experienced negative effects on the real estate market.
In this thesis, we studied two completely diverse Slovenian regions regarding economic development, Osrednjeslovenska and Podravska. We investigated the effects of the economic crisis to the real estate market in both regions and presented possible solutions, mainly in the form of alternative ways of living (types of residence). |
