Abstract
V diplomskem delu je opisana avtomatizacija stroja za zbiranje paketov v podjetju Paloma d. d. Namen linije je transport paketov iz pakirnega stroja in zbor le teh v več vrst. Nato jih pakirni stroj na koncu linije spakira v večji paket, ki je primeren za transport. Krmiljenje celotne linije je izvedeno s PLK, frekvenčnimi pretvorniki in servo krmilnikom podjetja Siemens. Predstavljeni so strojna oprema in uporabljeni senzorji ter aktuatorji. Opisani so posamezni gradniki programa v programskem okolju TIA Portal. V diplomskem delu se nahaja tudi postopek nastavitve servo krmilnika Sinamics S120, ki se lahko uporabi kot navodilo oziroma priročnik.

Secondary abstract: |
This thesis is based on description of automatization of item stacking machine. Purpose of this machine is transportation of items from packing machine, their collection into many rows and further transportation aforementioned items to the other packing machine. Steering is done by industrial controller, frequency inverters and servo regulators from Siemens Company. Used hardware, sensors and actuators are also introduced. Thesis describes particular parts of program, written in TIA Portal and procedure of servo regulator Sinamics S120 settings, which can be used as manual. |
