Abstract

Naše podjetje je po naročilu določenega podjetja izdelalo napravo za avtomatizirano izdelavo navojev. Namen diplomskega dela so pregled varnostnih zahtev, izbira potrebne strojne opreme za avtomatizacijo in izdelava programske opreme avtomatiziranega delovanja stroja. Program je izdelan v skladu z varnostnimi standardi in priporočili ter omogoča povečanje proizvodnje z manj napakami in manj izmeta pri proizvodnji ob doseganju višjih tolerančnih zahtev. V skladu z željami naročnika lahko stroj deluje v avtomatskem ali ročnem režimu, ki ga upravljamo s pomočjo uporabniškega vmesnika. Napravo smo pred dostavo temeljito testirali in odpravili napake. Zdaj je dostavljena naročniku in ob rednem servisiranju deluje brezhibno.

Secondary abstract: After an order of certain company, our company manufactured an automated thread making device. The purpose of the graduation thesis is to review the safety requirements, selecting the hardware, necessary for automation and making of the software for automated machine operation. The program is made in accordance with safety standards and recommendations, it allows an increase in output with fewer errors and less ejection in production while achieving a higher tolerance requirements. Following the wishes of the client, the device can operate in automatic or manual mode, which is managed through user (human machine) interface. We tested the machine thoroughly and eliminated any mistakes before delivery, Now it has been handed to the customer and it works perfectly while having regular servicing.
