Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen tok sortiranja odpadkov v podjetju Cerop. Opisani so ključni postopki predelave, obdelave ločeno zbranih, mešanih in bioloških odpadkov. Med odpadki so podrobneje opisani kovinski odpadki. Predstavljene so nekatere osnovne lastnosti kovin, kot na primer magnetne in električne lastnosti. Diplomsko delo obravnava ločevanje nemagnetnih kovin s pomočjo vrtinčnih tokov. Na nemagnetnem ločevalniku, ki obratuje na sortirni liniji, so se izvedle meritve magnetnega polja in induciranih napetosti. Poglavitni del naloge predstavlja izdelava modela nemagnetnega ločevalnika v merilu 1:20, ki deluje po enakem principu kot dejanski ločevalnik.

Secondary title: The eddy current separator for non-magnetic metals in the sorting industry
Secondary abstract: This thesis presents a stream of waste sorting in the company Cerop. It describes the key processing steps, the processing of separately collected, mixed and biowaste. Among the wastes are described in more detail metal waste. It presents some of the basic properties of metals, such as magnetic and electrical properties. Thesis deals with the separation of non-magnetic metals by means of eddy currents. On a non-magnetic separator, operating on sorting were, carried out measurements of the magnetic field and the induced voltage. The main part of the task is the compilation of a non-magnetic separator model in scale 1:20, which operates on the same principle as the actual separator.
