Abstract

Diplomsko delo v prvem delu obsega splošen opis transformatorskih postaj, transformatorskih postaj znotraj industrijskega kompleksa Steklarne Rogaška, opis posebnega talilnega transformatorja Varivolt ter problematiko transformatorske postaje TP Brusilnica. V nadaljevanju so podani vsi potrebni izračuni, nujni za določitev ustrezne opreme ob rekonstrukciji transformatorske postaje TP Brusilnica, ki predstavlja jedro diplomskega dela. Predstavljena je primerjava izračunov, narejenih klasično z izračuni, izvedenimi s pomočjo programskih orodij Ecodial in xSpider. Na kratko sta predstavljena tudi oba programa. V sklepnem delu so na osnovi najbolj neugodnega scenarija predstavljene variante tehniških rešitev, posebej pa so opisane tri ustrezne rešitve treh različnih dobaviteljev opreme, in sicer Siemens, Schneider Electric in EATON. V zaključku je med temi tremi ustreznimi različicami podan predlog rešitve, ki je za uporabnika v konkretnem primeru najbolj sprejemljiv s tehniškega vidika in predstavlja minimalne stroške vzdrževanja v času življenjske dobe ter ne predstavlja okoljskega problema med obratovanjem in po izteku življenjskega cikla opreme.

Secondary abstract: The first part of Thesis indicates a general description of transformer stations, transformer stations within the industrial plant Rogaska Glassworks, a description of the specific melting transformer Varivolt and the problem of transformer substation TP Brusilnica. Below are given all the necessary calculations which are needed to determine an appropriate equipment for reconstruction. It compares calculations made by classical method with those made by software tools Ecodial and xSpider. Both of mentioned calculation programs are presented in short. The final part is based on the most adverse scenario with technical solutions. Particularly describes three relevant solutions and three different equipment suppliers: Siemens, Schneider Electric and EATON. Among stated relevant versions of suggested solutions for the user in our case, the most acceptable was chosen, upon technical point of view with minimal maintenance costs during the life span and with minimal environmental problems during operation and after the expiry of the life cycle.
