Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je avtomatizirati stroj za krivljenje pločevine. Za krmiljenje stroja je bil izbran mikrokrmilnik proizvajalca Siemens. Krmilje dopolnjuje mikrokrmilnik proizvajalca Arduino, s pomočjo katerega je bil preko vnesenega gesla izdelan sistem za vklop vseh funkcij stroja. V nalogi so opisani gradniki, ki so bili uporabljeni v projektu, kakor tudi pomembnejše krmilne sheme, ki so bile izdelane v programskem okolju EPLAN. Predstavljena je tudi programska oprema LOGO!Soft Comfort in Arduino, s pomočjo katerih smo izdelali programa za uporabljena mikrokrmilnika.

Secondary abstract: The purpose of the graduation thesis is to automate the machine for bending sheet metal. A microcontroller produced by Siemens was chosen for controlling the machine. Control is complemented with a microcontroller produced by Arduino; it was used to create a system for switching on all functions of the machine with the help of an inserted password. The paper describes the building blocks used in the project as well as the more important controller schemes designed in the programming environment EPLAN. LOGO!Soft Comfort and Arduino software which are also presented.
