Abstract
Zaradi vse hitrejšega tempa življenja se posamezniki in podjetja vse pogosteje srečujejo s posledicam stresa, ki so lahko pozitivne ali negativne. Kažejo se predvsem v fizičnih, psihičnih in vedenjskih simptomih, ki na naše telo in duševno stanje negativno vplivajo. Vse težje se je izogniti stresnim situacijam, saj se z njimi srečujemo v delovnem okolju in zunaj delovnega okolja. Pomembno je, da podjetja in posamezniki znajo obvladati stres z raznimi tehnikami in metodami, in so pri tem uspešni.
V diplomskem projektu smo vam predstavili stres na splošno, vrste stresa, simptome in posledice stresa, ter premagovanje stresa na ravni organizacije in na individualni ravni. Ker pa je stres na delovnem mestu vse pogostejši dejavnik, smo se zato odločili analizirati stres na delovnem mestu v izbranem podjetju X.
V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika, v katerem je sodelovalo 81 zaposlenih ugotavljali najpogostejše dejavnike stresa na delovnem mestu in simptome, ki jih zaposleni najpogosteje opazijo. Zanimale pa so nas tudi strategije zmanjševanja stresa na delovnem mestu in individualne tehnike premagovanja stresa.
Ugotovili smo, da je glavni povzročitelj stresa na delovnem mestu, slab odnos v kolektivu. Bolečine v hrbtenici in glavoboli, so najpogostejši fiziološki simptomi. Zaposleni se predvsem poslužujejo telesni aktivnosti, kot individualni tehniki premagovanja stresa. Metoda, ki jo podjetje uporablja za premagovanje stresa na delovnem mestu je organizacija različnih športnih dogodkov za zaposlene.

Since pace of life is becoming increasingly faster, more and more individuals and companies face with effect of stress, which may be positive or negative. Effects of stress are found in the physical, psychological and behavioural symptoms, which negatively affects our body and mental state. Avoiding stressful situations is becoming increasingly harder, as they are encountered in the workplace and outside the workplace. It is important that companies and individuals are able to cope with stress with different techniques and methods and they succeed.
The diploma thesis presents stress in general, types of stress, symptoms and effect of stress and overcoming stress at the organizational level and also at individual level. Since nowadays stress in the workplace is increasingly frequent factor, we decided to analyse stress in selected company X.
In the empirical part we used a questionnaire, involving 81 employees to observe and determine most common stress factors and symptoms, employees frequently notice in the workplace. We were also interested strategies to reduce stress in the workplace and individual techniques to overcome stress.
We found that main reason for stress on workplace is bad attitude between employees. Back pain and headaches are most common physiological symptoms. To relax from stress, employees mainly make use of physical activity as an individual technique. Method that companies are using for managing stress on workplace is the organization of various sports events for their employees. |
