Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja sistematični potek procesa izdelave PGD dokumentacije za enostanovanjsko stavbo s pridobitvijo gradbenega dovoljenja. V delu se bralec seznani z vsemi fazami izdelave dokumentacije, veljavno zakonodajo, predvidenimi stroški in časovnim potekom teh faz. Na dveh primerih iz prakse analiziramo čas in strošek, ki ga investitorja potrebujeta za izdelavo PGD dokumentacije, upravni postopek ter komunalno opremljanje parcel. Primera se nahajata v isti občini, vendar na različnih območjih urejanja po prostorskih planih. Za lokacijo A so veljavni prostorski ureditveni pogoji (PUP), ki veljajo za celotno občino, za lokacijo B pa je veljaven občinski podrobni prostorski načrt (OPPN), na podlagi katerega se ureja prostor v točno določenem območju občine.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents a systematic course of the manufacturing process PGD documentation for a detached building with a building permit. In part the reader is familiar with all phases of the manufacturing documentation, the applicable legislation, the estimated cost and timing of these phases. Two case studies are analyzed time and cost that investor’s need to produce PGD documentation, administrative procedure and utilities plots. Examples are located in the same municipality, but at different planning areas for spatial plans. A location for the current spatial conditions, which apply to the entire municipality for the location of B is is valid detailed municipal spatial plan, under which regulates the area of the municipality.
