Abstract

Razvoj podjetja je odvisen od sposobnosti prilagajanja storitvenih zmogljivosti potrebam naročnikov in spremembam v okolju. Naloga vodstva podjetja je, da vseskozi zaznava, kako se prilagoditi, izboljšati svojo ponudbo in v čim večji meri zadovoljiti svoje kupce, kar vodi v močnejši konkurenčni položaj, večji tržni delež in dobiček. Zadovoljstvo kupcev je mogoče doseči samo z nadpovprečno kakovostjo, edinstvenostjo in prilagojeno zasnovo izdelka ali storitve. V pravem trenutku je potrebno prepoznati lastne konkurenčne prednosti in priložnosti ter jih v čim večji meri izkoristiti v hudem konkurenčnem boju. Mnoga podjetja so se zaradi neugodnih gospodarskih razmer na domačem trgu in želje po hitrejšem razvoju internacionalizirala. Diplomsko delo govori o določitvi konkurenčnih prednosti in priložnosti podjetja, izgradnji najprimernejše poslovne strategije ob upoštevanju nevarnosti, ki jih prinaša poslovno okolje. Analizirali bomo poslovni razvoj in strategijo družinskega podjetja Ecoinvest od časa ustanovitve, selitve na tuje trge ter začetka izvajanja strategije doseganja konkurenčne prednosti s širitvijo ponudbe z namenom zadovoljitve vse kompleksnejših potreb naročnikov. Na podlagi analize bomo določili poslovno strategijo za prihodnje poslovanje.

Secondary abstract: The development of the company depends on its capability to adapt service capacities to customer needs and changes in the environment. It is the management’s task to determine the need to adapt, improve its offer and satisfy customers which leads to a stronger competitive position, higher market share and profit. Customer satisfaction can be achieved only through above average quality, uniqueness and adapted concept of the product or service. It is important to recognise your own competitive advantage and opportunity at the right moment and make the most of them in this severe competition. Unfavourable economic conditions on home market and the desire to expand faster have pushed many companies to turn towards international business. This diploma thesis is about determining the competitive advantages and opportunities of a company, building the most appropriate business strategy while taking into account the dangers found in the business environment. We will analyse the development of the business and the strategy of a family company named Ecoinvest since its foundation, move to foreign markets and implementation of the strategy for achieving competitive advantage and broadening the offer with the intention of satisfying growingly complex customer needs. The analysis will be the basis for determining the future business strategy.
