diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Podjetje Vrtnar Kurbus d.o.o. je mikro podjetje, ki se ukvarja z vrtnarstvom, predvsem urejanjem in vzdrževanjem okolja. V podjetju je največ deset zaposlenih, število zaposlenih se sicer spreminja in prilagaja glede na sezono dela.
Posebej smo v tem diplomskem delu raziskali prakso pri zaposlovanju kadrov v podjetjih, ki se ukvarjajo z vrtnarstvom. V ta namen smo anketirali 25 podjetij in strnili ključne ugotovitve.

The Company Vrtnar Kurbus d.o.o. is a micro-enterprise, that is engaged in the horticulture sector, especially in organizing and maintaining of the environment. The Company currently employs a maximum of ten employees, but the number of employees is varying and adapting according to the work season.
In this thesis we specifically investigated the practice regarding the recruitment process in enterprises engaged in horticulture. To this end, we interviewed 25 enterprises and summarized the key findings. |
