diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Velika konkurenčna prednost uspešnih podjetij so kreativni, motivirani in samoiniciativni zaposleni, ki znajo ustvarjati nova znanja, imajo ideje, znajo svoje pridobljene izkušnje deliti z drugimi ter delo opravljajo z veseljem. Svoja znanja, spretnosti in kompetence morajo nenehno dopolnjevati in razvijati, saj s tem prispevajo tudi k sami uspešnosti podjetja.
Motiviranje zaposlenih je zapleten in dolgotrajen proces. Ljudje smo si različni, zato mora vodstvo podjetja dobro poznati svoje zaposlene, da jih zna na pravilen način in s pravimi metodami motivirati tako za samo delo kot za učenje in pridobivanje novih znanj.
Diplomsko delo govori o motivaciji poslovnih sekretarjev za izobraževanje v odvetniških pisarnah. Razdeljeno je na teoretični in praktični del.
V teoretičnem delu smo razložili pojem motivacije, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo, na kratko smo opisali sodobne metode motiviranja, vseživljenjsko izobraževanje, motive in ovire zaposlenih za izobraževanje ter na kratko predstavili poklic poslovnega sekretarja.
V praktičnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jih pridobili z anketnim vprašalnikom. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kakšno je dejansko stanje motiviranosti poslovnih sekretarjev, koliko znanja imajo, ali imajo možnost dodatnega izobraževanja ter s kakšnimi ovirami se pri tem srečujejo.

Creative, motivated and self-initiative employees, who can create new knowledge, have ideas, know how to share their acquired experience with others and work with pleasure, are a great competitive advantage of successful companies. They must constantly supplemented and developed their knowledge, skills and competences, so that they can contribute to the company's success.
Motivating employees is a complex and lengthy process. People are different, so the leadership needs to know their employees, so they can in the correct way and with the right methods motivate them both for work and for learning and gaining new skills.
Topic of my thesis is motivation for education of business secretaries in lawyers offices. It contains theoretical and practical part.
In theoretical part we define concepts of motivation, factors affecting motivation, we briefly describe modern methods of motivation, lifelong education, motive and barriers for education and profession of business secretary.
In practical part we present the results of the research, that we collected from a survey. Purpose of our research was to determine how motivated are business secretaries, how many knowledge to they have, if they have opportunities for further education, and what obstacles they are encountering during education. |
