Abstract

Secondary title: Energy renovation of building built in 1904
Secondary abstract: Nowadays we are facing environmental pollution, lack of energents and climate changes, therefore making a step forward to reduce their impact on the environment is essential. Two of the most efficient actions towards reducing negative impacts on the nature are construction of energy efficient buildings and energy renovation of buildings. This thesis presents proposed plan for energy renovation of an older house build in 1904. We renovated building envelope, building furniture, replaced a heater and managed to accomplish our goal of reducing heating needs for almost 90 %.
